Tai Chi for Arthritis in Otsiningo Park - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM, August 10 through October 5.

Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve mental and physical well-being.  The Tai Chi for Arthritis Program was developed by Dr. Paul Lam and uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn, and suitable for every fitness level.  Tai Chi helps individuals reduce stress, increase balance and flexibility, feel relaxed, and impove overall mind, body and spirit.  

Tai Chi in the park will meet two times a week for eight weeks at Otisiningo Park in Binghamton.  The sessions are designed to be relaxing and enjoyable.  Please sign up by calling Rita or Sarah at the Office for Aging:  778-2411.
